Pregnenolone is a supplement that everyone should read about. It has helped me by increasing mood, motivation, and brain function.  Pregnenolone feels like a steroid for the brain to me. Our genetics can affect how pregnenolone works in our bodies....

I read a lot of it. I really don’t need help with schizophrenia or mood. It’s more of the cognitive functions I’m looking to improve. I will update when I try it. Probably in a week.

It helped me but I ended up with chest pain so I had to stop it.
