If I really want to get up early I will leave the alarm so I have to get out of bed to turn it off. I will also have a second alarm on a different device that goes off 10-15 minutes later. This usually works for me.
I struggle with this as well. I lay there awake for two hours sometimes until I have to pee. Literally it’s the only thing that makes me move out of bed. Even making coffee and smoking cigarette feels like a chore I dread the day because they all feel the same making a goal to shower and clean something in the because it got s overwhelming Since coming out of the hospital I got flooded in April and literally was forced to clean my basement while my actual living space went to hell during that time
