How do you get yourself out of bed in the morning?

I was meant to get up at 9am, but today I got up at 1pm.

It’s so bad. It ruins my day when I have a stupid lie in.

I think I might leave my curtain open tonight so daylight wakes me up again.

I find it hard to force myself out of bed some mornings. The bed just feels so comfy.

I have the same problem. The only solution is going to bed earlier.

If I really want to get up early I will leave the alarm so I have to get out of bed to turn it off. I will also have a second alarm on a different device that goes off 10-15 minutes later. This usually works for me.

Coffee and nicotine.

Without these 2, I’d be bed ridden all day.

I struggle with this as well. I lay there awake for two hours sometimes until I have to pee. Literally it’s the only thing that makes me move out of bed. Even making coffee and smoking cigarette feels like a chore I dread the day because they all feel the same making a goal to shower and clean something in the :house: because it got s overwhelming Since coming out of the hospital I got flooded in April and literally was forced to clean my basement while my actual living space went to hell during that time

Not at all.

I take 2 - 4 a day.

You’ll save alot of money too.

I take caffeine pills and energy drinks too. Usually max 400mg caffeine a day. 1 pill is like 200mg.

I put both feet on the floor, and lift my rear end up off the bed and start walking. I do this every morning at 6 am.

I only go to bed if I’m tired and want to sleep. Other than that I don’t spend much time there.

I thank with a good recitation which is same everyday.

Synthetic caffeine isn’t for everyone. I feel it hits pretty hard compared to caffeine from drink.

I wish I could sleep that long. I go to sleep early and usually wake up before 7am.
