I’m depressed lately when I wake up and don’t want to get out of bed.
Like a million ducks. Quack.
I feel wide awake
Wanting to go back sleeping… I don’t like to be awake because I don’t know what to do. Also the voices start when I wake up, and wishing them gone. It is hard yes… so I have to spent my day finding things to do. I can get really depressed. So I nap often throughout the day.
So the only thing that helps is making some music, there is my only joy.
i get tired and have to go back to bed for awhile

Used to feel really tired and hungover from aripoprazole now it’s somehowhat less of that dizzy feeling
Tired but like i can’t sleep anymore. I normally get about 4 or 5 hours of sleep most nights. Ever since i got out on invega it has been like this. Back when i was on clozapine i slept 11 hours at a time. At least now i have a chance at having a normal life, but i still battle fatigue and negs every day.
I feel tired… and sometimes I go back to sleep. During the day I feel tired. I have iced coffee/ coffee every day…

I wake up very tired and it takes me a while to get out of bed
I wake up zombie / sometimes angry for 2 hours. Food and meds for me and dogs. Then come back to bed and the day starts.
