It terrifies me more than death 
now. I’m 55 and have no one to look after me when I become feeble.
How do you feel about getting old? Or do you try not to think about it?

It sucks! Face turns ugly. Body can’t do what it used to do. My belly has grown some more.
It’s like someone said, aging ain’t for sissies.

I just try to take it as it comes, I don’t think about it too much. My back problems and teeth problems worry me some. I’m 64 and I have problems with both that make me wonder how bad they’ll be in ten years, even if I live that long.

I think about it occasionally.
I’m only 31, but yeah.
I can just hope when my time comes that I am ready.

I wish I had the freedom and magical outlook that I had when I was 21/ 22. I havnt lived fully since then. I am 35 now.

I try not to think about it but my aging body reminds me every day. Knees hurt, teeth break, all those kinds of things. I worry more about how age is affecting my parents and for how long they’ll be able to function independently…they’re both 77. I’m 51.

Maybe we can care for each other in way.
Are you in America?
Do they have free aged care for citizens?
Or only the rich ?
And soup kitchens for the poor …
I have certificatr 3 in Aged Care and wanted to work as carer but unfortunatrly coildnt physicslly with my body as such to a way.
Because did not feel was right settings and arrangrments to suit me and because didnt feel likd myself and so.
Managed to do few house calls by myself.
Helped a old lady shower snx made her snd her husbsads bed and gavd them breakfast snd their medicine.
Made a sandwhich for snother old gentleman.
Cleaned house snx showered another old lady as well as cooked for her anx fee other clients.
One time i visited a older lafy in distress snd didnt feel able to give enough support also as business i eorked fof told me i had to leave.
She was eating breakfast i gavd her but the back to base csll said i had tk leave her sitting on her chair and somrond else was on the way to do another shift.
Shd was not very stable mobile and i did not want to leave her in chair but yhey said i have to.
Snd i did not feel present in body snd stressed so left when they said to.
I regret that.i should have done my own gut instinct and stayed longer.
But they only give certain amount of time.
Saw a movie with michael cain where he and his wife in aged xard home snd he escspes to attend veterans meeting.
Brought tears to me.
Maybe theres hope of for a spiritual rich life and presence.
Everyone should be given good Aged Care.
Its a Right.
Wish i could do maybe a hour a week even as something is something.
Can you make arrangrments to receivd good aged care?

Hope you will not worry or fear but feel safd snx protected snd cared for.
A adored actor said his fear is dying alone.
He will probably not be alone but that its authentic care and love yhere that suits him to his liking…
And not someone after his money or so.
May he not be alone but havr good care.
I prayed for him not long ago.
I prayed he can still get a hard on and get good head.
If that make him happy.
Also that he not die alone or in fear .

Not much going on here. Weather is getting colder by the day! I can’t believe it’s winter time already.
I’m taking it easy. It’s easier to ignore the voices these days. I listen to music most days, as I usually do.
I don’t think it’s difficult to bake hönökaka, check online if you find any recipes?

Im glad to hear you do not suffer so from or by hearing voices anymore.
Do you sauna or solarium winter?
Or skinny dip in ice ocean and then run in to sauna with cold beer.
Non alcoholic willed it be whatever preference.
Can be expensive.
Bug swim centres usually have saunas in sweden.

Im not too worried. Im 31. I am curious to be able to see how messed up the world will be in a couple decades time. To witness what happens with AI and wars and the like. I suspect it won’t be boring!
