If you have inserted thoughts, how do you experience them?
I feel them being inserted into my mind
I feel they belong to someone else
I feel them coming from someone or something or somewhere else
They just feel different from normal thoughts
They feel like normal thoughts, but I believe they’re not mine

It was hard to choose just one lol
I don’t have this but when I take in media, I guess television specifically, I feel like I’m being taken advantage of, as though I’m getting an “ear rodgering” by someone’s agenda. Still I don’t think that all qualifies as thought insertion.

I can feel it come through the side of my head and into my brain. It’s almost a voice. Sometimes a voice comes in at the same spot.

I didn’t know which to answer. It literally feels like thoughts are literally inserted into my mind basically

I’ve felt them being inserted into my mind only about 1 or 2 times.
Never felt them coming from someone/something/somewhere else.
For me they mostly just feel different from normal thoughts, and there have been different types or “flavours” of them by their feeling.

I definitely feel them coming into my consciousness from someone or other persons other than me. They are unwanted, evil thoughts that are unwelcome and cause me great discomfort and even torture. That’s when I’m psychotic. I’m not right now.
Or they bleed through your subconscious…into your conscious realm.
