Is this a thing? Where you don’t hear someone else telling you commands, but your thoughts command you?

Well there’s a thing called thought insertion where you have thoughts in your head that don’t feel like your own. That’s what all my voices are. I call them telepathic because it describes it well I think.

Yes Ive read about this before but I cant remember what it is called. It is similar to thought insertion though if I’m remembering correctly.

Last time I was admitted I thought there were little reptilians about a foot high that would stand around us with Ray guns transmitting thoughts. Similar but different lol

For 33 years, I thought that other people’s thoughts could enter my brain against my will. A whole army of other people’s thoughts could enter my brain at once and they were all very evil, negative thoughts that were against me. It was like these thoughts were bombarding my brain. I don’t know what you would call that, thought reception or thought insertion?
