The doctors diagnosed me with schizophrenia. Yes I’m taking care of myself but I’m in a scary delusion.

When I was finally on medication and looked back at the time where I wasn’t. What I said might be vague, but it makes a lot of sense.

When i had my second psychotic episode and when i felt that the negatives symptomes were becoming worse

I’m not sure to be honest with you. I know marijuana and hallucinogenics like acid can contribute but I would ask your doctor. Sorry I’m not of more help.

I had no understanding or insight whatsoever that I was living with schizophrenia for at least 10 years until I was picked up by the cops and hospitalized and then after being released my psychiatrist told me I had late onset paranoid schizophrenia. After hearing that it took me about 6 months to accept his diagnosis after being medicated. I don’t think it is possible to realize you have schizophrenia until you’re diagnosed and treated. I guess there’s always the possibility.
