Well over the years I rarely saw the same pdoc. But they always went by notes of previous dr … its all on record …

5 psychiatrists said I have SZ, the last one said SZ with negative symptoms, apathy and avolition.

I think a lot of people are not 100% open with their pdoc sometimes so it can happen quite a lot.

1975 - 2019:Schizophrenia -schizoaffective mixed type/bipolar disorder-personality disorder nos-paranoid pd- schizoaffective
The most extreme change was schizoaffective mixed/ bipolar disorder being replaced by personality disorder nos . The basis for that being the mental health team not liking my non crime of needing and wanting more help and support , and believing character assassination was a compassionate and intelligent approach to providing mental health care .
There was one pd that would have made sense as an add on to the schizoaffective dx, that being avoidant pd .
The current pdoc is amiable and polite . That makes a refreshing change .
