How can you learn to relax when your life is chaotic?

How do I learn to relax when going through a lot internally? I’m always standing in one place or wamting to go out. My parents whom I live with find it very bothersome.

I learned a therapy technique called Radical Acceptance. It helps me during times when there is extreme chaos beyond my control.
