How can I fool the Crisis Team to discharge me?

They can keep me for up to 6 weeks in intensive home treatment.

I want rid of them quickly, but if I go too fast they will see through me and put me in hospital

Honestly I am done with these people

Not the best at tolerating other people right now, but somehow I have to do it

Don’t fool them. They’re trying to help you and they might even succeed if you give them a chance. It’s only 6 weeks.

Hope youre doing well man. I hate CTO’s i hope they leave you alone. Hoenstly id just say work on your health as much as you can so thay when they see you they see you healthy and doing well. Then they might shorten it or just not hassle you.

I have to fool them and be dishonest and disingenuous otherwise if I speak my mind they will say I am not safe and send me to hospital

Try to be honest with them.

I feel like I can’t say no to them anymore if they offer me support

I know what you mean man. I wish the medical system wasnt so dichotic. Its like a months hospitalization or nothing lol but dw youll get through this man… get healthy and theyll leave you alone at the end of the day

i have a team right now i see two people a week. one is starting to ■■■■ with me and i. not happy about it but im just going to let them do what they want and be passive about it. not going to react because thats what they want. its not a crisis team but an ACT team.

ACT. is that the same as AOT - Assertive Outreach Team?

They have talked about this team with me before it all went to ■■■■

yes its the same

Sucks :frowning:

I don’t think it’s out of the question that this AOT is coming for me.

Not compelled by law to deal with them, but they will use that card if I don’t suck dick

This is you reverting to self-destructive behaviour. Please let them do what they need to in the amount of time they need to. We don’t get sick all at once and we don’t get better all at once.

Not at all.

I recognise that the services on offer can’t help me any further

Medications are going to have to remain

Need to work with something, and I can’t afford to be in a perpetual state of med changes for any longer.

Can you start complaining about your childhood?

That might annoy them.

Is that something I do here that pisses you off then?

No, not me. I’m not easily pissed off.

But usually they hate people talking too much about their childhoods. They don’t care.

If You don’t agree with the treatment, you might as well annoy them.

Maybe ask them what you need to do to be discharged early. Or tell them you miss home and your family.

I think this is a good idea. They will see it as honest at least. Also, be open to outpatient treatment. That will probably help your cause too.

I wanted to go to crisis today. Well I hope you get better .
