How are your sleep patterns?

I can get on very widely varying sleep patterns, and it interferes with my life to some extent. I will start sleeping in, say, two 4 hour periods for a week or so, and then I’ll start to sleep maybe two or three hours a night. Then I’ll end up sleeping 20 hours a day. Then I might start in with one 5 hour period a night. I’ve gotten to where I kind of like being like this because it gives me a lot of time to be alone and think, but it can be a drag only to have gotten three hours of sleep one night and then have to make through the next day. It’s lucky there isn’t much expected of me where I live. We probably average about four hours of treatment a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. What are your sleep patterns like.

My sleep is very regulated. I go to bed around 8. I fall asleep around 9 or 10. I wake up at 4am with my dog. Then go back to sleep till 7am. It’s the same every day.

I tend to nap around five o’clock until something like two a. m. then I spend the mornings thinking and drinking coffee and coming on here. love my early mornings like this…gives me resolution for the day.

My sleep is usually mixed. I go to bed around 5pm and sleep till 1am then im up. I listen to music go on the forum and just enjoy the night. Sometimes i only sleep 4 hours and that kind of sucks.

4 to 5 hours a day… Its all beacuse alcohol I start to drink :sob: after 13 year.

I started to take Etizolam and stopped. It makes me dizzy.

I have informed my doc. He said to stop alcohol immediately.
