I have people sabotaging my thoughts making me into a terrible person, I need help, they make me feel not like myself, I can’t face what they did to me, just intrusive thoughts they take as real, but it isn’t real, some people try to make me seem guilty
Wish for no intrusive thoughts and have my own mind, body, and soul.
my mindfulness teacher told me a thought is just that a thought, if it isn’t acted upon it is harmless. intrusive thoughts are not asked for or who we are they are uncomfortable but they are just thoughts.
