Can only speak for myself, but if i can so can you guys, when you think you’re at the end of your road usually it’s the opposite, so hang in there u guys, there may not be a cure for schizophrenia yet, but I believe we’re strong enough to cope with it and still be happy, just take it a day at a time and be your best self, no matter your shortcomings we all have them. Just felt like giving you all a good pep talk tonight, but I think it’ll help you fight on another day! Be cool my friends

Yes. It’s not all gloom and doom and being positive means you’ll enjoy those good times. No one ever said it’s easy and we’ve all been there but get back on your bike and live. It’s the most important thing to do.

So true @anon59642972. Despite my Schizophrenia, i’ve noticed that things over time have gotten better. Sometimes it just happens so slow or subtly that you don’t notice it at first, but when you take the time to look again, you can see the difference. Thanks for the pep talk.
