Hit a deer, with my car. I’m okay but my car not so much.
Bummer. We have a lot of wildlife that doesn’t mess with cars. Bloody Kangaroos get spooked by the lights at night and can panic. I’ve seen the damage a decent sized animal can do. I’m glad your ok. Cars are replaceable.
Glad you’re okay. We have the same issue out here with the buggers being out on the highways at night.
Sorry about your car @NeoPolitan02 , but I am glad that you were not injured.
Glad you are okay…
Oh no! My brother hit a deer twice in one year. I’m glad you’re ok.
I’m glad your ok. Sorry about your car. And sorry for the deer.
Initially I thought this was about the deer’s welfare but all you’re talking about is you and your car.
Not purposeful deer hunting but yes
Not sure if your comment was supposed to come across as super passive aggressive but it did. If you were wondering the deer died basically on impact. It will not be wasted my dad called dnr and got a tag for it so that he can take it home.
It was supposed to reflect a genuine sense of puzzlement. I felt like I’d stumbled across an alternative universe where the welfare of a deer was more highly esteemed than that of a car, only to realise that this alternate universe is actually called real life.
Biggest thing I hit was a cat. It was on the highway at 3:00 am, I was going 60 mph and couldn’t stop. THUMP! -front tires. THUMP!-back tires.
