I was driving in my car last weekend and it just swooped right in front of me, no time to react it just went right under my front right tire with a really awful crunch you could hear over the Xmas music
I think it was an owl, it had a big wingspan, could be a falcon or something. maybe it saw a mouse on the road or something, I don’t know. it was really big and beautiful and now it’s nothing but road trash
You didn’t mean to. If it was sudden there is nothing you could have done.

I’m sorry. I hate when something like that happens. It isn’t your fault. There’s no way to avoid these things sometimes.

I killed a grouse. It feels rotten when stuff like that happens but it’s an accident. Don’t be too tough on yourself.
