hi. I think hope is the key to lots and lots of wonderful things for us with sz. it creates a flame, a light inside our hearts and minds that life will improve, that our problems won’t be so bad…
please don’t lose that hope inside you for better things to come.

@Mobc1990 Are you still on 5 mg of Abilify? This is a very low dose and usually not even a starting dose, would it be possible for you and your doctor to raise the dose some more? Maybe you will feel better, I don’t know your circumstances
I am on 5mg,tried 10-15mg,it makes me tired and slow…
Keep hoping guys I have been struggling for years but these last few months I’ve been feeling improved so I say onwards and upwards
