In light of me being delusional he’s upped the dose of my Abilify to 20mg. Hopefully this helps.

Right now I accept I am delusional, but it still seems real to me.

That I was being monitored and they are broadcasting stuff about me on the TV.

I am being followed, recorded and reported on and no one believes me. Ugh.

But APs took away many problems I used to have so I still take them
