Hey my fellow weight lifters

Ok so i got 2, 30lb dumb bells .. i can already feel my back getting stronger. Im lifting like arnie again. I wanna look like a brick layer.. i was built like one when i was 15.. man i love lifting weights gonnw get bench and weights and bar soon. Sorry guys im excited lol. Any suggestetions with dumb bells.. all i been doing for 2 days is curls

You can do squats and Olympic press with dumbells. I use 30s, need to get back to it.

I lift weights everyday, use dumbbells, also have medicine ball. Fast for 16 hours every day, walk and do tai chi and boxing.

Do pararrel lift arms extension, raise then lower,works I treat to stop them nasty chicken wing arms.

i use 30s also and even tho ive had them only a week, my number of reps in a set has been cut in half compared to 20s. i may need to switch up and work multiple muscle groups each set, as doing bicep curls only but specifically in a very slow technique i use to get maximum squeeze doesnt allow me to do very many reps, i may throw in some overhead press and dumbbell psuedo bench press (is what i call it) as ive been doing only bicep curls and some chest lately

I’m doing less weight than I was before but more reps. I’m finding I’m getting a better workout that way.
