No they don’t. My voices are fully internal. It are basically different persons that reside in my head.
I think you might be experiencing thought broadcasting. I’ve had a similar experience in my first psychosis.

I have heard voices since I was 8 years old. There have been a few breaks but I find that stress seems to encourage my voices to get louder and more mean and nasty. So I do a lot of relaxation music and meditation with music. I have been tried on almost all the medications out for our concerns ad nothing has been a sure fire winner. Like I said, I was 8 when they started and I am 56 now going to 57 soon.

I heard voices for at least 25 years they only stopped a few years ago, and then only mostly…
It wasn’t so bad for me it was five minutes a day but every single day without fail don’t know what’s happened I’m on some good meds at the moment,

@1483 yes I do like the place that I am living in now. It’s not ideal because it cost twice what records indicate that I should be spending on housing(30% of your income).
I really can’t share my music due to the fact that almost all of it is religious and by that meaning it is Muslim, and that goes against the rules of the forum.
I’m not sure how to answer the Who’s concerned question.
All I can tell you I come from a family that thinks most mental illness is simply made up when I told my father that I was hearing voices he slapped so hard that I hit the call, he told me " you are not and I don’t ever want to hear this again, do you understand me?"
People tell me I’m hallucinating when I see men following me. I only hear the voices from the men I see. Otherwise I don’t hear voices.

A few tips on things that confuse newbies:
Cake day is the anniversary date of when you joined.
The 1515 or other numbers at the end of peoples posts are because there’s a 15 character minimum to post. So people put 15s after until they get to the minimum characters to post.

Maybe tell the landlord that you want him to reduce the rent that he is charging you to 30% of your income?
