It’s a very simple one, I wake up early in the morning like 6 and do my daily routine, i feel so much better, no more racing thoughts, less anxiety and a good grip on reality.
I so the same but medications are my true key. Routine is great. It really does the business but nothing beats some antipsychotic action! Keeps the demons at bay!
I also do better when I keep busy @somebody. But I also agree with @rogueone, meds are key, at least for me.
i usually get up early but i chill on the couch on my laptop until i am ready to go out and grab a coffee
That would be the poison for me.
If I wake at 6 I’m a zombie for 3 hours. I’m more of a night owl.

My “cure” is stress management and reality testing. It helps a lot. Wouldn’t call it a cure though

Reality testing keeps me sane-ish. I still haven’t figured out the cure to my severe anxiety and depression yet. lmao
