I sleep 9h everynight and then during the day lots of times i sleep until 2pm

I had vegetable and lentil soup with 2 pieces of buttered wholemeal, it was delicious. Im really loving soups lately

I take 6mg risperidone my sz med at night and it makes me tired all day
Oh i see, thats not good. I had my depot today but slept afternoon and evening so ill probably go to bed Thursday night now , stay up

Clopixol, its a really good med but do still have symptoms of schizophrenia , its not magic but it helps a lot

I got better sleep than usual last night and woke up with energy this morning. It was a nice break from my usual grogginess in the morning

My evening is looking pretty chill. It’s 10:30pm and I just got up from a nap. I have shingles so I’m gonna take it easy. Maybe do some laundry. I’ll probably get tired here pretty soon. My sleep is shite though.

Good idea get your laundry done. Take it easy and hopefully you recover quickly from shingles
