Hearing voices real bad lately

Its so hard to believe they are not real entities with some of the crap they come up with.

I don’t hear voices or hallucinate images.

However I suffer from extracampine hallucinations which are “6th sense” hallucinations. I sense people and entities are nearby or even in me.

But like you, lately, it’s getting harder and harder to say it’s not actually real.

Like a tactile hallucination? I get those off meds

No, not tactile. The “6th sense” hallucinations are called “extracampine hallucinations”.

It’s just a feeling of a presence.

I don’t really hear voices, moreso just thoughts.

When the thoughts start bubbling up in my head, I just try to get some rest. Sleep helps alot.

Going for a walk helps too.

Ok so first off I’m glad to be here with you lovely people. So I think people are ■■■■■■■ with me. But I also do hear things going on and conversations between people. Is this schizophrenia or is schizophrenia just when I hear the man and.ghe woman talking. I sound like I don’t know wtf I’m talking about. The reason is simple. I need help! Thank you!!

I’ve been hearing the voices non stop for 5 years now.

Sometimes ya just gotta take ur meds (Seroquel for me) and go sleep.

Ive been talking to these voices ever since they showed up. Sometimes I look a lil crazy. Im ok with that. Im getting better everyday. They like to throw up my worst memories in my face. So I had to make some core memories of my childhood, teen years, 20s, 30s… and beyond. I do that real quick and forget the bad as quickly as possible so i dont make bad/sad neurological pathways. Zoloft helped a lot by breaking down the sad/depressing neurological pathways. The best way (for me) to heal from the PTSD is to get over it and get a move on quickly. Takes practice. Zoloft really helped.

Sorry @Rainstorm . It’s scary how sophisticated they seem sometimes but it reminds me of dreams, they can be complex but are still random. I hope they chill out soon.
