Oh man, those sound awesome, @GoldenRex!

Seems relatively easy to make as well.

Gonna give it a shot and see how it goes :slightly_smiling_face:

All healthy meals, @Hadeda :slightly_smiling_face:

Lots of veg in your diet, which I’m going to try to incorporate in mine.

Somethung new on our menu is teriyaki beef and veggies.

Cheap small cut stew beef, one package small family, 2 for big.

1 large package frozen asian veggies

I package teriyaki wing seasoning (walmart)

Stir fry beef until cooked through. Add teriyaki seasoning and mix well. Stir in frozen veggies. Cook until veggies are hot. Make sure you stir to get seasoning on veggies.

Serve in a bowl over rice if you like

Oh true, stir fry’s a great option @jukebox :slightly_smiling_face:

Probably pretty simple to make with some frozen veg and cut-up chicken or beef also.

Sounds delicious and pretty healthy, @anon4362788 :slightly_smiling_face:

Will definitely add some teriyaki beef to the menu!

I love oven roasted vegetables. Roasted cabbage steak with roasted carrots, beets, and onions. Heavenly. I’m trying to limit my carbs to lower glycemic index choices now and fewer of them. Not going full keto, just trying for a more balanced diet. Avoiding pre-made, highly processed junk whenever possible.

Oooh, sounds really tasty @shutterbug :slightly_smiling_face:

I hear ya on the glycemic index thing-- with these meds we’re on it’s important to watch for GI… Diabetes risk and all.

I used to cook sweet potato
Then added it to a pan chopped with tomato sauce and vegs.

Then to top it off I added smoked salmon and hummus.

Maybe a bit too much for you especially since you are doing no carbs

But smoked salmon is da bomb! Lol

Wowwwws, that sounds delicious @anon51377248!

Salmon is so good, and has those Omega-3’s and fatty acids that are so beneficial for our brains.

Would probably skip the hummus, as I can’t control myself with just one serving of it

I think that’s my problem. I have a habit of eating nothing til dinner time then I eat continuously from dinner til I go to sleep. Last night wasn’t so bad but I’ve also been taking garcinia to curb my appetite.

Don’t know if this is healthy but riced cauliflower and salad with garlic vinaigrette and Kung pao chicken made from frozen.

I haven’t heard of garcinina before, what is it?

As a play on cauliflower rice I found broccoli rice to work really well with a simple tomatosauce with plenty basil, some chili and a few olives. Serve with a grilled chickenbreast with rosemary and add some parmesan to taste ( a little goes a long way here!)

Oooh kung pao chicken sounds great @see121 :slightly_smiling_face:

And cauliflower rice and salads seem like a really good way to get veggies in as well!

Ahhhh broccoli rice! That must make for a delicious side for the rosemary chicken breast, @flybottle :slightly_smiling_face:

Healthy and filling!

How’s the garcinia been working for you @loke?

Saw it at the pharmacy and was tempted to pick some up.

I just bought a box of single serve hummus. They’re cut little 1/3 cup containers.

Ooooh, had no idea they made those… Might be helpful to have on-hand for portion control instead of the full-size tubs
