Their eyes were hazel like a crispy green leaf,
A face of an angel descending from the clouds,
Up above in heaven endowed with a glow,
A halo so bright it light up the world,
I fell in love with the way they looked,
Took me by storm right out of a romance book,
They shook my mind that it almost shattered,
Like a delicate piece of glass,
Their shadow haunts my presence with an everlasting essence,
Their perfume still follows me around,
Mistook love for lust, a hit of angel dust,
Is how it felt whenever they were with me.

Like esp the extended line with “eternal essence!” This poem is very Revelation, you think?
