you’re welcome…remember all you have to do is ignore and unplug the fear associated with anxiety and panic and you can be anxiety free like me…i used to be really torn up by it but got therapy.

Just got up and i get a call from my mum to take her out, she said she already was out with someone this morning for a walk, i had to tell her not the time she said bc i have an important interview for radio to do at 4pm and it would be really tight and i dont want to be super stressed for the interview so i said i’d be over after 6pm.
If it’s any consolation, I wake up like that most days. It settles down after a few hours. I hope the rest of your day improves.
There is one thing about anxiety that is permanent:
It always stops sooner or later.
