I feel bad… I haven’t showered in… This is day three… I still have my hair crimped from the day I felt well… Now I’m throwing it up in a ponytail so it don’t look as dirty… I wanna cry but can’t seem to be able to… Idk what to do at this point in my life…

i shower once a week and at the end of the week i take a bath. More than that i cant’ bring myself up to do.

you have really short hair then? My body it doesn’t matter that much but my hair gets dirty if i go without bath/shower that long.

But if you just do it, you’ll feel better. Have comfy clothes ready for when you get out of the shower. Trust me, you’ll feel better

I used to shower every day, now I shower once a week
@lekkerhondje I have hair longish hair it goes past my shoulders… It just gets oily fast

every day that is ago from my army days. We had to shower daily then. But that is long time ago =D

Yea hair gets oily fast huh, it’s annoying. But maybe it’s a good thing, that makes you wash it regularly huh.

i feel same, i feel numb about everything. There is times i would like to be able to cry but it’s like the tears are gone.
I think you need to report all this to your pdoc because you’re not functioning well at all. You may need a med adjustment

My father in law was in hospital a lot recently before he died. He never got covid. They keep that completely separate. You’ll be ok
