Just had a shower! Go team jimbob!

As always feel so much better afterwards. If only I remembered this beforehand.

somewhere through the years i was able to determine showering helped keep me out of the hospital. i dress business casual publicly often.
i want to be considered sane enough to rule my own life.

Of course, he is the prophet of dirt.
Showers are a scam! You have been lied by the water multinational corporations.

You need to at least wash your buttcrack and armpits everyday. Crevices like that can get quite ripe pretty quick. At least they do for me.

Wow…this just made me think about how I never have trouble showering anymore…that’s crazy…you know it used to take me ages to get in the shower, hours, to the point where often I’d just go without entirely. If things were bad enough or if I didn’t have to go outside I’d go without for days at a time.

I don’t even think about it anymore. It’s so easy to start taking things for granted once your symptoms are under control, you forget how much meds are doing for you.

My mum came over today. She knew I hadn’t gotten out of bed today and I hadn’t eaten anything. She said she’d go get me a milkshake but only if I had a shower. She pretty much forced me, but after she braided my hair and made my bed with clean sheets. I feel a bit better now. I’m thankful that I have people who will force me to do things I wouldn’t normally do. Plus I have a chocolate milkshake and that’s pretty rad :alien:

I have a shower everyday and have fore a long time. Years ago I never had showers along with a whole host of negative symptoms.
