i went camping and hiking in august, close by in ohio. been sitting here since, i want to go to florida again this winter but mom doesn’t want to go. with covid it’s for the best, but i just want to go somewhere, i will be itching for a trip somewhere warmer come january probably.
it’s rare that i even leave the city here. the only time i get out of town is when i get my shot in the neighboring county once every 3 months.
I haven’t been anywhere in a while myself. I pretty much just stay local and only really go out when i have to. My niece is due to give birth next month so we’ll be driving the two hours to Georgia to be there for that, which is cool.
You couldn’t pay me to be on a bus or plane right now.
she is going to yellowstone in late december early january, to do some snow shoeing haha. with my niece, they are taking a trip together. it’s going to be cold in yellowstone
last year for christmas i asked for a trip somewhere, and mom and dad took me to smoky mountains tennessee for some hiking, then to congaree national park in south carolina, then the gulf coast of florida to visit family, then on the way home we stopped at UGA in athens, georgia to visit my niece who is a student, then from there we went to amicalola falls in northern georgia for some more hiking. it was about a 2 week trip. made the winter fly by.

yeah it was a good time. i ate a lot of fresh catch of the day i remember, im back to being vegetarian now though.
