in Illinois. me and mom are going in july. she said after the 4th. I can’t wait. I need to get away from this ■■■■ so bad for a week.
we’re going to be camping, and biking, and hiking. unfortunately im going to have sleep in a tent during the summer heat. so won’t be comfortable like a hotel stay. mom is going to sleep in her minivan though. last time we went camping was down in florida about 4 years ago. can’t wait.
my caseworker also thinks I should take that trip to Colorado in august for 2 weeks. I don’t know if I will want to after this. i’ll think about it. I would have to stay with my sister and her kids for a couple days though. I don’t know if im up to playing with the little ones. I guess it will be no big deal. they mostly watch toons. will have to play with some cars with my nephew. and my little niece is talking now. she wasn’t talking last time I saw her. I think she is maybe 3 now. still in diapers and I’ve yet to change a diaper. don’t want to start now.
Dude, this is AMAZING!! I LOVE camping! We slept in our tent for a week on our honeymoon-a different state each night up the east coast in the US. It will be AWESOME!! Sooo cool of your mom to take you!!
yeah she’s the best. I do tire her out on occasion though. sometimes she needs alone time.
Most people need alone time. And that’s okay. It’s still nice to have company!
