My very first concert was Led Zeppelin back in 1977. My second concert was the Rolling Stones 1978.
My third concert was Bruce Springsteen in 1978. Not too shabby.

Not really but in 11 days me my dad and my sister are going to see Def Leppard! I’m really excited. Me and my sister bought him the tickets for his birthday.

Blondie in 79. The Stones in 81. I turned down a free ticket to The Who in 82… I had to study for a midterm, I’m an idiot.

Well, The Lovin’ Spoonful, The Grateful Dead, Santana, Elvis Presley, Heart, Bob Seeger. Some are not as big legend-wise but they were all musical.

I saw the Eagles in 80, Heart in 78, 79. Rolling Stones in 81 (still listen to the album Still Life from that year) KISS in 1977, 1978. Pretenders 81. Frank Zappa 82. Saw Ted Nugent before he was such an ass in 78, Styx in 79. Rush in 80. (they played 2112!) The Police in 83. Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers in 91. Reverend Horton Heat and Dwight Yoakum every time they came to town in the mid nineties. Bob Dylan in about 2001 or 02…that’s about it.

I’ve only seen rap concerts for the most part. Biggest legends I saw were Nas, Ludacris, wu-tang clan, tribe called quest, damian marley…i think I saw phil lesh though at a festival (grateful dead guitarist)

I saw a youtube of Led Zeppelins drummers son playing one of his dads songs. It was really cool

Every time I hear Joan Baez mentioned I always have to tell people about the time when I was working in 1984 and she walked into our business. I agree that she is legend and it was cool seeing her standing 5 feet away from me. She actually lived a couple towns over from me in the mountains (at the time).
