Have you had a brain injury?

I think I do not know how to say it.I think my schizophrenia was caused by a concussion at the age of 14

I’ve had dozens of concussions. I fall down and hit my head a LOT. Plus I played contact sports in school.

I’ve had plenty of head injuries as a child. I busted my head open three times, but I don’t think I really got schizo until after my appendectomy, honestly.

I think it may be possible that it was the cause. but you can never find out.

Yes, but I must be not normal at the age of 14. I think it’s about boarding junior high schools

Oh, when did you feel abnormal?

I don’t understand the question.

I say your brain after the concussion. Did not feel abnormal?

It usually feels off for a few days, but then goes back to normal.

Then you are lucky.I spent many years, my head is still not good

I doubt that feeling is from a concussion.

I felt like I had a stroke. I have a white spot on my frontal lobe. But the neurologist said it’s probably from migraines.

I got into a bad car accident at 16. Broke my jaw and had a concussion.

Oh, very sympathetic to your feelings. Do you think concussion and schizophrenia are linked? Did you have schizophrenia before the accident?

No. I didn’t get schizophrenia until much later in life. I had a career in the military before I got sick and a neurologist had to check me out because of the accident. He gave me a clean bill of heath

Yeah. I call it “high school”.

I feel that my SZ is the combination of a brain injury and an acidic diet that reduced my brain’s pH to the point of constant inflammation.

Here is a study that links decreased, acidic brain pH to mental illnesses like bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

My attempted solution is to eat an alkaline diet, but I’m still waiting to buy an affordable water ionizer that will make alkaline water.
