My medical advisor is a splendid gentleman and orthodox musician, or at least he was last time I met him, divorced, yes, but still in touch, I’d go so far as to say he was my Godfather. I haven’t focused on the bigger picture for about 365 days, my attention to detail, for the record, is not aimed at his sons, I have talked before about how my life is a mirror of the world, he should read Jung. I didn’t meet one of my goal of having a shower and washing my hair yesterday. I will today, afternoon, or I don’t get my scratch ticket and I want one. But today will be a hair wash day so that’s definitely more challenging than a 30 sec shower, I am WAY overdue for a hair wash.
I need a bath, but I’m not going to wash my hair because I just did yesterday.

I just had a bath. Second one I have had in two weeks. Normally I only shower, but I was told a bath is a good way to relax by the doctor, so I am giving it a try
