I’ve tried a ton of supplements and feel better. The doc still thinks I need Clozapine.

I think of it as a supplement but I guess you could call it a vitamin too.

Yeah, NAC helps me with insight so I know the voices are just my disease and are not real, and helps me untangle delusional thoughts.

There have been some research studies about it, and some youtube videos about how it helps with schizophrenia.

I took mg and it made me scream and laugh at night

Sarcosine helps with cognition and motivation. I constantly run Rosemary oil in my diffusers as all the research I’ve read says it helps with memory based tasks.

Nothing else I’ve tried has produced notable results, especially niacin, which continually gets promoted here as a miracle cure. I like to take a hit before exercising because a niacin flush feels wicked, but it’s never affected my symptoms in a good or bad way.
