White rice is actually bad, brown rice is better. Eat fibre bread.
I don’t really like white bread anyway… like the seedy brown bread.
I’m thinking I need to start breakfast and eat more but small quantities.
Sometimes you can loose weight by eating more of the right things.
Lean protein and greens, but I’m no athlete.
Yeah I need to eat more but more of the right stuff. Not sure how true it is but skipping breakfast makes you gain. Not lose!!
@JH85 Yeah, it’s not in a girl’s nature to be taking whey protein shakes.
@anon80629714 Not eating is not the solution. It’s exercise and eating the right kinds of food.
Blueberry flavour is my favourite and I’ve almost run out.
No but I used to take whey protein it made no difference lols I think I’ll try actual food
Yeah my nurse said walking is good. I’ve no motivation and currently no energy to exercise. Cos of my new med. plus I can’t maintain exercise. My moods are up and down. So walk is something I
Can do.
@JH85 Whey protein isolate in cookies’n cream flavour. Bought 25lb worth for $400 in January. Still have half left.
Do you drink your calories? That tends to hurt you because liquids don’t keep you full. BTW Ish I think you’re cute whatever you weigh.
I’m a walk leader for walking for health.
Do they have any walking groups in London?
Aww sweets. I would like to lose my chin and I just st don’t want to gain tbh please no
I’m sure there are plenty like meet up groups. I’m thinking to look. Oh and I’m also contemplating yoga as they do it at the centre where I went first time to meditate. Bit nervous. Might find something local
I wish you success with your new diet !! you will always be beautiful to me.
@anon80629714 Whey protein helps build muscle mass which is something you are not looking for. You ought to be jogging to get your heart rate up so that you burn the calories stored in your fat.
Yeah, I kind of want my face to look more like when I was younger and thinner. So, I understand the feeling.
As I said I don’t have motivation to keep these things up. I have tried and given up. If I go jogging and lose and stop jogging how likely am I to put that weight back on and then some more ? I’m not gonna lie. I need to find something that works for me and stick to it. I can do walking.
