That’s sweet but a little won’t harm me. I’m not trying to lose the belly fat as it’s been difficult I simply find it too hard but I’d like to lose some off my chin

Yeah calorie counting isn’t effective in my case I think I’ll need a insulin resistant diet. I’m not insulin resistant but prone cos of pcos.

I think my pregnant daughter took off with it, that’s the last I saw it anyway. I should get used to her taking my clothes the bigger she gets. Hopefully I get everything back once she has the baby lol

If you plan to lose 7kg or 15lbs than I’d suggest you get a weight scale to measure if you’ve lost weight or not.

I cut out fried food and bacon and red meat and portion control. I walk 6 miles a day. I never thought it’d be this easy to lose weight. I’ve lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks…now. I hope I’m not losing too fast, I feel healthy but it’s just so easy to lose weight now I’ve put my mind to it. Thank fox I’m on abilify and not…clozaril though. The excercise Is really the key for me. Don’t have to go crazy. Just walk a lot! Consistently…, it works.
