So while driving the car i sometimes see adds on the radio talking about transcranial direct current stimulation. Says its supposed to help with cognitive function and depression. Has anyone tried it?

No but i did RTMS. close to 100 sessions.
Helps but id revert within two weeks so i had to go too often
@LevelJ1 , what did the rtms help with? Im thinking its the same thing. You.can apparently buy a device for 150 bucks which does the TMS. Saw a video about it on sharktank.
It helped with negative symptoms, lack motivation, avoltion and also flat effect. My emotions came back a lot more.
But the lack motivation would return within a couple weeks if i didnt go back.
Now i work full time and i cant go because of work hours conflict.

Ive read about tdcs. You have to do it daily or it wont work. Also you need to correctly put the electrode pads in the precise area on your head or it doesnt work.
