I’ve thought people were trying to poison me before. One time at the hospital I was eating on the ward instead of the cafeteria, and I took my tray to the desk and asked them to keep this food for me so someone could analyze it and see if there was poison in it. I’ve also thought that people were putting Haldol in my food and drink. I’d eat or drink something, and then hurriedly drink a bunch of coffee to counteract the Haldol. That was a long time ago.
Yes I get this when I’m off my meds and have lost lots of weight because of it. Until you get better I would drink ensure or something like it. It’s sealed so I never had a problem with it. But I can assure you that it’s just the sz. I’ve even thought my wife was trying to poison me. And I called poison Control and told them my infant son had been poisoned by my boss. Tends to lead us down a rough road.

I was in jail because of my sz ( terroristic threat’s). I would trade my food tray with other people in there because I thought they poisoned my tray.
I’ve had people drug my food and drink on many occasions. On the plus side never finishing my meals at the time made me lose weight
I used to think the soup at the hospital was laced with sedatives. It tasted funny.
