They played a movie when I was in the hospital that said this was a symptom of sz. Never heard anyone else mention it.
I’ve had flashes of light that I saw when my eyes were closed I dunno if that’s the same as seeing bright light

yes white lights. it was in the distance but it was 2 stories high so i know it wasnt a car
Yes. Was driving last night and @#$%s in the oncoming lane wouldn’t turn off their high beams.

Yes, I had this. Bright blue lights, bright white lights. Generally not in the distance, but in the foreground. For a while, when I’d close my eyes, it was like someone was shining a spotlight in my face. It was awful trying to fall asleep.
I thought the flashes I saw with my eyes closed were discharges from neurons and synapses being reprogrammed by the nanotech.
I thought my retina was detaching 
I had an emergency optometrist appointment.
These days I worry more about my cat detaching. (“Kitty, no. No claws.”)

“Silver scratch-like bright lights”…check.
“brilliant white light floating orb”…check.
Lights in my face with eyes closed…check.
Like a flash from a very bright camera, and from behind, that expanded at an angle from a point to larger than the house…and left a reverse negative image as big as the house it left the image on at 4AM…check, check,check and clear.
Yep in the prodromal faze, not anymore. Bright flashes that would only last a few seconds
It seems to be precursor symptoms of visual delusions and later derealization.
