Will it help heal schizophrenia. Did you find it supportive. Can you speak totally openly at the hearing voices groups?
I’ve never gone to a group that is specifically hearing voices. My Sz will have a few sessions that deal specifically with voices, but it’s not a “voices” group.
My Sz group has been around for a while and I think most of us are pretty comfortable with the everyone else in there so I think we’re pretty Ok about not holding back… good or bad.
