Sz groups?

So my psych has talked with me about joining a small group she’s considering putting together for her sz/sza patients. And it’d basically be a support group. But idk if I should do it?

What do y’all think??

Go to group at least once to see if it’s for you.

I just started my first group today. It was good, not a lot of stress

I always loved going to group but since the gov’t slashed the non profit agency funds in half I don’t get to go to group anymore…always helped me…I say try it…you might really enjoy it.

I think you should go for it. Maybe it’ll be helpful, plus you could make some new friends. :slightly_smiling_face:

I used to go to a hearing voices group. It was cool, but most people talked about things unrelated to Schizophrenia.

A lot of people would talk about politics.
