I was on .5 mg klonopin for years. I once switched from Haldol to Zyprexa and dropped the klonopin during switch. I was not told to taper.
I experienced a cymbol sound in my head for a couple of days while dropping klonopin. After a week I had no more symptoms from withdrawal.

I take ativan the odd time once I took it for three days in a row and the day after I was walking around feeling so cold, now I only take one the odd time and stop there

Yeah it could absolutely just be mood symptoms, unfortunately. That’s too bad if abilify no longer works for your mood 
if it still works for your psychotic symptoms though maybe you could stay on it and just find an antidepressant?
