I have had very good experiences with Hardy Nutritionals dietary supplements, as they help with mental illnesses. This is the first time that the Daily Essentials Nutrients and Greens&Probiotics dietary supplements were confiscated and destroyed at customs for import. Hardy Nutritionals dietary supplements meet all safety standards for quality dietary supplements such as GMP and NSF, and are clinically tested. However, because they state on their website that the supplements have therapeutic properties for treating and preventing diseases, customs placed them in the category of medicines and not dietary supplements, which is prohibited by law from being imported into the European Union. Does anyone have similar experiences with such a case, how did you solve this problem? I find it strange that according to European law, dietary supplements can fall into the category of medicines. Can anyone explain this?
