experience with hardy nutritionals and psychiatric drugs

Hello, does anyone else have experience with hardy nutritionals? I have schizophrenia, I have struggled with antipsychotics for many years without success. Now I take DEN from hardy nutritionals, and they help me a lot to be able to work and function normally. I am currently taking abilify 6mg and seroquel 38mg, in addition to DEN. Because DEN increases the effects of medications over time, medications should be tapered off gradually with the help of a psychiatrist. I’m doing pretty well so far, the only downside is that I still have problems with insomnia, which I had even when I was only taking antipsychotics. I wonder what your experience is? DEN dietary supplement is said to be clinically proven supported by studies. The only thing that bothers me is that it is expensive, you have to take 12 capsules a day, for the optimal dose of DEN, nevertheless I have problems sleeping, so I help myself with melatonin 5mg and magnesium. I have problems with brain fog from time to time, I think the antipsychotics are to blame. In addition, I pay attention to a healthy diet, I am currently on a Mediterranean diet.
