Hallucination or brain zap

I get this little painful feeling in my brain that feels like someone is poking it with a needle and a shock at the same time I’ve had this of and on meds doesn’t happen all the time and I worry cause brain zaps are causes mainly by antidepressants and I’m on none does anyone get this

I had those before while I was in psychosis. I had the delusion that it was someone trying to mess with my brain. I think it was antidepressant withdrawal in my case.

i got after i had ect
it finally went away with aps

I had it when quitting effexor. It sucked!
