Yesterday night while falling asleep I saw and felt an electric spark from my head and I heard the sound. I thought electricity went out but it wasn’t. It wasn’t static electricity from my hair bcz it never happened with my pillow.
Also since I was 15 y.o. I would hear electricity from the inside of the back of my brain. I can feel it with blood flow. I told my psy and he said he doesn’t know. Its like electricity in my brain and nerves.
@Jesse25 Did you experience this? Electricity?
Some meds give you “brain zaps”. Could that be it?

I took antidepressants for a month 2 months ago and stopped them. Might be that or the antipsychotics.
Yes some times I get electrical stuff mostly chils like my nerves are being manipulated and mostly shaking in my body or like their putting thoughts or energy inside me

They told me it’s brain shrinkage!
SZ shrinks the brain, I learned it in my psychology courses. They showed us MRIs of normal vs SZs brain images. Its true.
I think its due to antipsychotics

There’s a debate about that, its not clear but SZs have brain shrinkage way before taking any antipsychotic. But antipsychotics could worsen the brain shrinkage.
I’m bored. A hallucination would be an improvement and liven things up.
I hope for the opposite and normal life non of this fear in my spine any more
It’s just a thing. Don’t sweat the small stuff.
Sometimes it gets worse before it gets better, though. If there’s a childhood trauma, when is this at fault instead of some other chemical balance, like serotonin, or norepinephrine.
