got my second pfizer shot last week, had a fever and chills for a day but was fine after that.

I got my first dose of the Pfizer shot today snd I get my 2nd dose either late August or early September.

My parents only got one shot, they said no need for a 2nd one as we all got covid back in september so I will probably only have one shot.

I got my second dose of the Pfizer vaccine last week.
Felt a bit dizzy and nauseous for a couple of days then I was fine.
It’s worth it.

The manufacturer recommends 21 days, three weeks. It is currently unknown what the efficacy is if you exceed this period. In my part of Canada, the province of Alberta, the maximum wait between shots is 16 weeks. That’s because there’s a shortage of vaccine and they’re trying to get as many people a first shot as possible. While that’s the most ethical choice, anyone with a brain is staying in hiding after their second shot until they know what kind of protection they actually have. This will impair opening up the economy as quickly as everyone is hoping for.
Pfizer recommends you still get a second shot at around the 21 day mark. Your provincial government is also coping with vaccine shortages and your premier, frankly, isn’t that smart. That’s why they’re not giving those who were infected a second dose. That’s stupid because if you had original covid then your antibodies are useless against the new variants. Pfizer and Moderna provide much better protection here.
