I know that this is hard to believe but about 4 years ago I felt someone in my body blinking my eyes and being able to move my hands and I was really scared but now I feel so many nefarious people in my body and I try to find out how they do this but I needs to find a way to get them out it is ruining my life. It’s terrible when you don’t feel like yourself and the people trying to hurt you take advantage of you. I just needs someone to help.

Sorry to hear your having a hard time. I had feelings of that before. Felt like someone else using my eyes and arms and stuff. Its known as a possession hallucination or delusion.

It feels really uncomfortable and unsettling to feel possessed, Also overhearing things in my mind mostly really negative comments or threatening ones.

I used to believe there was a flyswatter inside my body with the handle coming up my throat and twisting once in a while that I could taste the metal handle. yours sounds frightening as well…hope you and your pdoc can fix it.

When I’m going to sleep my alter pulls the floor out from underneath me and I jerk awake. He sometimes controls me in other ways but it is extraordinarily rare because it is difficult for him. The best thing is to explain it in scientific terms. It’s just a delusion.
