@far_cry0, I take 6 mg of Melatonin every night, three hours before bedtime, along with Seroquel 200 mg three hours before bedtime and they both help me to sleep. I think that they mix well. I also take Magnesium Carbonate fizz powder 350 mg in water every night right before bed. This helps me to sleep too. The phone number to customer service for this company is: 800 793-2601

I am on 3mg and it gave me no sedation… I woke up fine…!!! Its better then respridal…!!!

Cool that it works for you @far_cry0.
If you become tolerant to melatonin in a few weeks, you may want to decrease the dosage, rather than increase it, since the tolerance is due to slow melatonin metabolism. Splitting the pills with a razor into thirds may work.

I’ve been taking 3 mg melatonin with 400 x 2 Seroquel for the past few days. If there are any harsh side effects I haven’t felt them yet.
