i just quit melatonin… i cant sleep now … this is so insane …

Seroquel will help.
Edit: yeah, please run it by your pdoc.

Seroquel is known for it’s sleep qualities and some folk use it as prn but you really should run it by your pysdoc. It’s not safe to add dosages without medical supervision.
