I’ve been drinking a sauce pan full of green tea every day, but I skipped the last two days, and I really felt it. I was much more tense. We just had a group session, and the whole thing was an ordeal for me. I’ve got a sauce pan full of green tea cooking down.

My stomach can’t take coffee, but green tea is alkaline so works great. Also I’m more lucid on green tea. Coffee makes me irrational.

I will have to try green tea. I heard so many good things about it, it might be worth to look into.
